It’s so great! I hope every loving family that wants and can care for a dog, goes down to their local animal shelter and adopts a dog!

Pets and Children

Can pets help children stay happy? I wonder if children with pets are happier than children without pets? Do children help pets function better, or do pets help children function better… all good questions.

But, only time can tell whether or not any of this means anything. If I was to ask you how many children you know have pets… you would probably say most… but, can pet ownership be linked to socioeconomic factors such as the richer you are, the more likely you are to have pets? I don’t know… some could argue that it’s really the other way around.

I guess we will never know for sure.

Pets on a plane

Did you know that a dog is allowed to fly on a plane? No, not downstairs in the cargo hold… I mean upstairs with the people… the humans. Last night, I was on a flight, and suddenly I heard a tiny little bark. I looked over, and the woman sitting to my right showed me her little poodle’s head poking out of its carrier. I was blown away. I didn’t even know it was allowed…

Now back to my story about the dog on the plane.
So, the lady pulled out the cute little white poodle and she was a hit. All the people just loved this little dog. It was quiet, and well behaved, and it was clearly her little baby. I love dogs, and now I love dogs on planes.

A Puppy

Here it is… Saturday morning, and the first thing my daughter said to me this morning is… I want a puppy. We already have three dogs! How many animals are we legally allowed to have in this town?

Can we even afford another animal? Animals can be very expensive… animals have a lot of costs… daily, weekly, and yearly costs… food, grooming, healthcare, etc. it all adds up and keeps costing money forever… don’t get me wrong… it’s all worth it… BUT, I am just saying, its very costly… speaking of costly, I can tell you what is NOT COSTLY and doesnt keep costing you money forever… the other day, a friend of mine was asking me how much lasik was and I told her that I didn’t know for sure… but, I told her that I knew about a lasik blog called IQ Lasik Blog where she could read about lasik Los Angeles and read about lasik information. She said she had been interested in reading a lasik blog and figured that if she read a lasik blog she could probably find some good information about lasik Los Angeles – so, I said, yeah, go ahead and check out the lasik blog called IQ Lasik Blog… my daughter is too young for lasik, but, she loves dogs and she loves puppies… she just can’t get enough… if I had a nickel for every time my daughter asked me for another puppy, I would be rich.

My daughter is constantly asking me to get another dog. The Dog Whisperer

I love the show “The Dog Whisperer” – Cesar is so awesome. He can take any dog that is having behavior problems and he can help the owners understand the animal and how to deal with the dog. No dog is too difficult for him. He takes in dogs that need rehabilitation and he helps them and takes care of them.

This reminds me of my uncle. He loves dogs. Always had dogs as I was growing up. My uncle is getting older though and his eyesight isnt what it used to be. He always wore glasses for as long as I can remember. So, the other day was telling me that he was considering getting Lasik in Los Angeles. I thought it was a great idea. I thought to myself, hey if you can get your eyes fixed permantly, that sounds like a great idea. I suggested he get his eyes fixed by Dr. Robert T Lin – and I have heard that he is a highly recommended doctor. Dr. Robert T Lin as a top Lasik Eye Surgeon for Lasik Los Angeles should be able to tell my uncle if he is a potential patient for eye surgery.

Pet food prices up or down ?

With all the surrounding financial crisis swirling, I wondered out loud today if pet food prices are going up or down ?

My brother who has a dog and had his eyes fixed by Dr. Robert T Lin – and has highly recommended Dr. Robert T Lin as a top Lasik Eye Surgeon for Lasik Los Angeles – told me that he thinks prices for his dog have actually gone down.

My buddy James who has two dogs, says he doesnt even pay attention to the prices… so, I got nothing from him…
